Acoustic Banners

There are Wenger retractable acoustic banners in both Rehearsal A and the Percussion Studio (Rehearsal C). Each of these rooms has a wall-mounted panel that has five (5) preset configurations. The current settings are listed below the image(s) for the banners in each of the studios. Using a laptop with the Transform app installed, the presets can be reconfigured. The caveats in this are as follows:
-Since the fully retracted position counts as one of the presets, there are effectively only four preset configurations possible;
-Banners need to be adjusted and set individually. This means that the process of creating a new preset can be quite time-consuming (usually 1-2 hours minimum).

Rehearsal A Banners

The below images are the layout of addressable retractable banners in Rehearsal A. These banners are controlled via a wall panel located on the wall between the south entrance door and the storage room. This panel is behind a lockable cover and the banners should only be deployed by WYSO staff members. The key for the lockable cover is marked “Tongda Master” and is on a lanyard that is on the back of the Facilities office door (Room #104). Following the images of the banner layouts, there is a table with the five preset configurations of banner deployment.

Percussion Studio Banners

The below image is the layout of addressable retractable banners in Rehearsal C (Percussion Studio). These banners are controlled via a wall panel located on the wall between the south exit door and the storage room. This panel is behind a lockable cover and the banners should only be deployed by WYSO staff members. The key for the lockable cover is marked “Tongda Master” and is on a lanyard that is on the back of the Facilities office door (Room #104).

Percussion Studio banners also have five presets. They are as follows:
-Preset #1: All banners fully retracted
-Preset #2: All banners deployed to 25% of total length
-Preset #3: All banners deployed to 50% of total length
-Preset #4: All banners deployed to 75% of total length
-Preset #5: All banners deployed to 100% of total length
